Terms of Service

By accessing or using IOTee's GPS tracking, fleet management, or related services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

These Terms apply to all users of IOTee's platform, including businesses, fleet operators, and any individuals accessing the service on behalf of a company.

IOTee provides GPS vehicle tracking hardware, fleet management software, vehicle camera installation, geofencing, attendance management, and related IoT services to businesses in Pakistan.

Services include:

• Real-time GPS vehicle tracking via web and mobile applications
• Fleet management software platform accessible at app.iotee.app
• Professional installation of GPS devices and cameras
• Geofencing, driver behaviour monitoring, and alert systems
• Attendance management systems
• Technical support and maintenance services

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify IOTee immediately at info@iotee.pk if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

You may not use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws in Pakistan or internationally.

GPS tracking devices and cameras purchased from IOTee are the property of the customer upon full payment. Installation is carried out by IOTee's certified technicians.

All hardware supplied by IOTee carries a one (1) year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of installation. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or modifications made without IOTee's authorisation.

SIM cards and data connectivity embedded in devices remain IOTee's property and are provided as part of the service subscription.

IOTee collects GPS location data, vehicle telemetry, driver behaviour data, and camera footage as part of its Services. This data is owned by the customer and processed by IOTee solely to provide the contracted services.

IOTee will not sell, share, or disclose customer data to third parties except as required by Pakistani law or with your express written consent.

Hardware costs are payable at the time of order confirmation. Software subscription fees, where applicable, are payable annually in advance.

Prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to applicable government taxes. IOTee reserves the right to revise pricing with 30 days' prior written notice.

Overdue accounts may result in suspension of the software platform until outstanding amounts are settled.

IOTee targets 99.9% platform uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance windows. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.

IOTee is not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party mobile network providers, power outages at customer premises, or force majeure events.

You agree not to use IOTee's Services to:

• Track individuals without their knowledge or consent in violation of Pakistani privacy laws
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of IOTee's systems
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to IOTee's infrastructure
• Use the Services for any purpose that is illegal under Pakistani law

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IOTee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.

IOTee's total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to IOTee in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate the service agreement with thirty (30) days' written notice. IOTee may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to access the software platform ceases. Hardware installed at your premises remains your property. IOTee will provide a data export upon request within 30 days of termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.

IOTee reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered account holders at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
